Pilasande is a founding Director of BPL CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECTS (PTY) LTD, A company founded in 2005. He obtained his Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and N6 Electrical Engineering from the erstwhile Pretoria Technikon and Pretoria College of Engineering Respectively. He gained extensive experience while working for Barloworld Robor in Germiston, Gauteng from the year 2004 to June 2006 where he showcased his skills in the running of complex business enterprises.
From July 2006 to end 2009 he worked as a manager at Nkowane Technologies, a technological and media service business in the Eastern Cape.From 2016 to-date, he has been a director of Land Life Properties a company he co-founded with Saki Macozoma with interests in Property, Energy, Mining Etc. In addition to Land Life Properties, Pilasande, a serial entrepreneur holds directorship at, OLA Telecoms, to mention but a few. He is eminently qualified with vast business experience and acumen, passion and drive necessary to run an operation such as is demonstrated herein. He has recently completed Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) with NMU business School and about to start his 2nd year to finish Management Development Program (MDP).
